"Who is Hannah?" and "why do you love her?" These may be the first questions you ask yourself from my title.
Let me tell you a little story first. My husband and my 10th anniversary came up this year and much to my surprise he gave me a wonderful gift ~ A TWO HOUR "BLISS" MASSAGE GIFT CERTIFICATE ~ for Hannah's Euro Spa. I was so excited about it and then I started thinking.......
Where was this place? Why haven't I heard of it before? Where did he find it? So, with much apprehension I made the appointment and found myself of this little street in St. Catharines looking at a well kept grey building on the corner of Bond and Geneva St.
Upon entering, I was greeted by name from a lovely lady, with her hair pulled up. She had a smile ready for me and invited me in.
Leaving my shoes at the entrance I took in the calm and quaint surrounding of this serene blue suite where I was the only guest. Directed to a fashionable black chair on a platform I was offered a selection of tea, a very tasty biscotti and a foot soak. Ahhh! How lovely to have quiet time and a hot tea. This doesn't happen often with kids in the house.
After my tea, I changed into a towel robe and was escorted to a massage table wrapped in a deep blue luxurious blanket.
Music played and scents of lavender and bergamont filled the room.
Pausing my story there. If you haven't figured it out I went for a massage. OH BLISS!.
According to the Webster's New Dictionary bliss is perfect happiness. A very fitting name for Hannah's signature 2 hour massage.
She combines aromatherapy, hot stone massage and reflexology.
So, back to the story. After I was settled on the table I was perfectly happy!!!! Her pressure was just perfect! Not too light and there was no pain involved! There was no need to talk. She didn't make conversation, melting away every care and letting me enjoy the massage!
Never having experienced hot stone massage before I was now introduced to my all time favourite massage. The stones were so warm and smooth that they seemed to melt into your skin and work out every little bit of tension that existed in your body.
The full 2 hours went so fast but I felt absolutely glorious!
Afterwards, quietly and slowly getting up from the massage table, I changed into my clothes and floated out the door.
So, I love Hannah's Euro Spa!

Just recently, I experienced my first Hot Stone Massage, for one hour, at Hannah’s.

The Hot Stone Massage is perfect for anyone who needs a little stress relief.The decor and atmosphere relaxed me instantly. After choosing my favorite essential oil (to be used during the massage), I rested upon a gently heated massage table, beneath fluffy covers and the massage began.
The stones were as smooth like silk and just the right temperature that I had a hard time staying awake because I was so relaxed. You don't want to fall asleep and miss the massage though, believe me! The full body massage was about an hour and afterwards after lazily and regretfully pulling myself from my state of bliss I couldn't make my next appointment fast enough.

I've had the pedicure and reflexology done numerous times, and it's always been such a relaxing experience!I love the hot stones used during the reflexology.It's so soothing and I always want to fall asleep! The decadent lotions used during the pedicures, smell so heavenly and so many fun nail polish colours to choose from!It's always such a treat!
They have done such a great job with the decorating...it's very welcoming, relaxing and calming.

I have experienced the occasional massage in the past.......
but after my hot stone massage at Hannah’s I truly felt like never before! The atmosphere, décor, aromatherapy oils...wonderful. The 100% attention was more than one could expect. With our busy schedules we tend to put off doing nice things for ourselves, but after my relaxing treatment I can honestly say that I left Hannah's feeling much better that I had in some time.I so look forward to my next treatment!

I have 3 great friends and we have all stayed close since grade 9 (we are now in our 30's). We all have small children however try and get together every month for dinner. This month I thought I would treat the girls, they are so good to me and are always there for support, as true girlfriends are. We ordered in food and I called Hannah's for a little pampering.
It was fantastic! We all ate, relaxed and enjoyed a pedicure. It is hard enough trying to get a little time with friends without trying to squeeze in a pedicure before sandal season! We all sat around, had tea, watch TV and had a gab session while Carrie worked her magic. I must admit it was much nicer having a pedicure in the comfort of your own home because you didn't have to rush off with your toe nails still wet!
It comes highly recommended. Carrie took care of everything and was a pleasure to have and I will absolutely have her again but ....next time I think we should all try the stone massage! Thanks Carrie you made our month!
