Hannah's Euro Spa is a day spa

providing services for ladies and couples.

Appointments:

• May be made by phone or e-mail.
• It is possible that when you call we will be attending to another client.  Your call is important to us!  Please leave us your name and a phone number where you can be reached and we will return your call as soon as possible!
• Due to the limitations of our facilities, we do not advise clients to arrive more than 5-10 minutes early for their appointment. 

Payments:

May be made with cash, credit card or debit.  Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

Parking:

Our building is on the corner if Geneva and Bond St. 

No cost ~ Evenings after 6pm and Saturdays are not metered!

Parking is available on Bond St. (Metered $1.25 an hour)

There is also a metered lot on Geneva diagonally across from our building (across from Crystal Beauty Supply) also $1.25 an hour.

There are also two spaces directly in front of our building (facing Geneva St.)

Client Health History:

Every client is required to fill out a health history form. 

Reflexology and massage are not administered to expectant mothers.

Please make sure that we are aware of any health conditions that may be relevent to your treatment!  Allergies, spinal injuries, muscular issues etc.

Every effort on our part is taken to ensure your well being at the spa.

Cancellation of appointments:

• 24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR SPA APPOINTMENT. PLEASE CALL THE SPA IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR SPA APPOINTMENT OR WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE. 
• A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR SOME BOOKINGS
• IF 24 HOURS NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN (AND IN THE EVENT OF A “NO SHOW” BY THE CLIENT) THE AMOUNT OF THE SCHEDULED TREATMENT(S) WILL BE APPLIED TO THE CLIENT’S CREDIT CARD. IN THE CASE OF A GIFT CERTIFICATE, THE CERTIFICATE WILL BE CONSIDERED REDEEMED. 

Sanitation:

Medical grade disinfectant is used to steralize any instruments that are not disposible. 

Every effort is taken for the health of the client.

Clients with contagious conditions are not treated.

We have been APPROVED by public health and maintain very hygenic practices!

Serenity in the Spa:

Every effort is made to ensure that your experience at Hannah's is relaxing and of the highest quality.  We would suggest that cell phones are best turned off before you receive your treatment to ensure that you receive that maximum benefit from you massage/treatment. 

Hannah's welcomes ladies at or above the age of 16.
