A reflexology treatment involves a focused pressure massage of the feet, by a professionally trained and certified reflexologist. Comfortable massage is applied to these different points, with specific focus on areas of health concern, such as the thyroid, back and neck, digestive, lymph or reproductive areas. Reflexology has also proven to allieviate foot pain (eg. plantar faciaitis, bursitis) and increase circulation in the feet and legs.
