WHAT IS BODY SUGARING?
Sugaring is used for hair removal and is comparable to waxing.....
however this is why sugaring is MUCH BETTER:
Wax is chemical and the sugar base we use has only 3 ingredients; sugar, lemon and water.
The product is very natural and 100% safe!
The sugar paste is room temperature, not hot like wax, so it will not burn or increase sensitivity like waxing.
The sugaring technique we use ("Sugar Brig") is more comfortable than waxing (or traditional sugaring methods) because the hair is removed in the direction it grows, not against the growth - this is not only more comfortable but eliminates breakage and subsequent stubble days later.
It makes you wonderfully smooth.
What you will need.....What to expect......
In order to be sugared, you need about 2.5 to 3 weeks of hair growth.
Afterwards, since the hair grows in cycles, only about half of the amount of hair (or less) will grow back at a time - it will also be finer hair.
Sugaring is normally done every 3 weeks (or so....)
Sugaring is done in a private room by our fully trained, certified and experienced sugarist.
